Milanesa a Caballo, or Argentinian Milanesa on Horseback, is a beloved dish traditionally made with steak. Our version takes inspiration from both South American cuisine and the Italian classic Chicken Milanese, featuring a mouth-watering golden, crispy chicken escalope topped with a fried egg.

This combination of tender chicken made with MAGGI® Liquid Seasoning and rich, runny yolk creates an irresistible dish that’s sure to impress. The rich Chimichurri Rojo sauce, crafted with MAGGI® Rich & Rustic Tomato Sauce, red wine vinegar, and fresh herbs, adds a zesty finish. The sauce of the Milanese a Caballo dish balances crispy chicken and egg, enhancing the overall flavour profile with a touch of South American authenticity

Our version is not only simple to prepare but versatile enough to suit a variety of menus. It wouldn’t look out of place on a pub menu or as a special in a restaurant a great main course.
