Toque d'Or 2025 Competition Updates

Following a competitive initial entry, our competitors dive headfirst into the thrilling Toque d'Or heats. In the back of house, competitors demonstrate their creativity by crafting exquisite menus from a diverse selection of ingredients. Whilst our front-of-house competitors showcase their skills by expertly pairing each dish with a sustainable wine and the creative coffee to finish the meal. Who will rise to the challenge and earn a prestigious place among this year's 12 finalists?

Held at Wyken Vineyards and hosted in partnership with Pizza Pilgrims and Nestlé’s partner farm EJ Barker & Sons, the challenge offered a stunning backdrop for 12 rising stars of hospitality – six BOH and six FOH finalists – to deepen their knowledge of regenerative agriculture, provenance, produce and service.

In this episode of the Nestlé Professional Toque d'Or 2025 competition series our finalists headed to St Bartholomew’s Hospital in London for a truly meaningful challenge: cooking for the incredible NHS staff who care for our communities every day.

In Episode 4 our Front of House competitors went and spent the day with The Alchemist team in Battersea and Back of House spent the day with Greene King at their riverside pub, Anchor Bankside.
