The 2025 Toque d’Or winners have urged operators to nurture young talent and create better career opportunities in hospitality, after returning from their culinary trip prize to Italy.

We are proud to present the winners of the 37th-anniversary edition of Nestlé Professional Toque d’Or. Following an exhilarating Grand Finals, which saw 12 finalists go head-to-head in a series of intense challenges, we have crowned our two deserving champions.

We’re delighted to announce this year’s Toque d’Or competition finalists, following an action-packed Heats round which saw 48 students go head-to-head in a series of intense challenges across two days at The Grand Cookery School in York.

Nestlé Professional invited all registered students and lecturers to an exclusive online Hangout session to help them successfully navigate this year’s Toque d’Or entry challenge.   

On Monday, November 2nd, 2025, Chef Publishing hosted an exclusive interview with Camila Cabral-Hellenas, the Planning Lead for the Toque d’Or competition. 

Just weeks after being the conclusion of the prestigious Toque d'Or® competition, back-of-house winner Geraldine Sierra Torres and front-of-house runner up Emma Bancroft embarked on an unforgettable culinary journey to Switzerland. This exclusive trip allowed them to experience the country's finest culinary establishments, explore Nestlé's rich heritage and delve into Swiss culture.

We are proud to present the winners of the 36th-anniversary edition of Nestlé Professional Toque d’Or. Following an exhilarating Grand Finals during 21st-25th April, which saw 12 finalists go head-to-head in a series of intense challenges, we have crowned our two deserving champions.

We’re delighted to announce the shortlist of college students advancing to the Heats of our 2024 Toque d’Or competition, after a competitive entry process which saw almost 400 applications from individual students across the UK.

Taking place at The Grand Cookery School in York during 12-13th March 2024, the Heats will host 48 FOH and BOH students.
