We are delighted to announce this year’s Toque d’Or® Competition winners after the Grand Finals celebration.

Nestlé Professional is delighted to announce this year’s Toque d'Or® Competition finalists. 38 competitors took part in the National Heats stage of the competition putting into practice everything they had learned so far on balanced diets. This has now been narrowed down to just 9 finalists. 

Seeking high flying college students and apprentices in hospitality, and attracting more fresh talent than ever, the 2022 competition is open to all Level 2 and 3 students and apprentices. But with only a few months to go, college lecturers, employers and apprentices are urged to register before the 4th February 2022 deadline.

We are proud to have launched Taste the Future – a collection of food and drink recipes and inspiration from the UK’s finest up and coming talent.

Toque d’Or 2021: what was new this year, during an unprecedented time.

We are proud to announce the finalists of this year’s Toque d'Or® Competition. 

We proudly announce the shortlist of rising industry talent set to compete in the heats of our 2021 Toque d’Or competition. Despite the current climate, this year saw a record-breaking 956 entries from 40 individual colleges and 40 businesses looking to take part in the competition.

Nestlé Professional has launched its Toque d’Or competition and hospitality awards for the 33rd time - with a new format and even more opportunities for young hospitality professionals to get involved.

The results are in: we are proud to announced the winners of Toque d’Or® 2020 in a live virtual awards ceremony. Hosted on YouTube, the awards ceremony which took place on Friday 11 September was watched by industry insiders, media and supporters of the competition.

In response to the pandemic and to ensure that Nestlé Professional can continue to inspire and support the next generation of hospitality professionals, even more so during this period of uncertainty, the Toque d’Or 2020 Finals and Hospitality Awards will be delivered virtually.

Our partners play a key role in providing the platform for Toque d'Or to communicate with colleges and apprentices across the UK and Ireland as well as providing vital prize funding, benefiting colleges taking part in the competition.
