We are proud to present the winners of the 36th-anniversary edition of Nestlé Professional Toque d’Or. Following an exhilarating Grand Finals during 21st-25th April, which saw 12 finalists go head-to-head in a series of intense challenges, we have crowned our two deserving champions.

We’re delighted to announce this year’s Toque d’Or competition finalists, following an action-packed Heats round which saw 48 students go head-to-head in a series of intense challenges across two days, at The Grand Cookery School in York.

We’re delighted to announce the shortlist of college students advancing to the Heats of our 2024 Toque d’Or competition, after a competitive entry process which saw almost 400 applications from individual students across the UK.

Taking place at The Grand Cookery School in York during 12-13th March 2024, the Heats will host 48 FOH and BOH students.

Just three weeks after being crowned champions of Toque d’Or, Joshua Kerr and Amber Clay headed to Brazil where they enjoyed the country’s finest restaurants and bars and followed ‘bean to cup’ journeys with Nestlé coffee and cocoa farms. 

The winners of the 35th-anniversary edition of Nestlé Professional Toque d’Or® have been chosen. 12 finalists made it through to the Grand Finals where they battled it out in a week of tough challenges. Two winners emerged… 

We are delighted to announce this year’s Toque d’Or® competition finalists, following an action-packed Heats round which included several days of intense challenges and expert mentoring.

We proudly announce the shortlist of college students who have made it through into the Heats of our 2023 Toque d’Or competition. This year’s competition saw nearly 400 entries from individual colleges and businesses across the UK.

Following two intensive weeks of judging, we are delighted to announce the shortlist for the National Heats of Toque d’Or 2023.  

Award-winning chef and restaurateur, Tommy Banks has confirmed he’ll be joining the Toque d’Or® judging panel for our 35th-anniversary edition. Sharing unrivalled experience in sustainability and farm-to-fork dining, Tommy joins our six-strong team of judges, who'll each be bringing their own unique industry-leading skills and expertise to the table.  

Sustainability remains the theme for our Toque d’Or® competition this year and competitors will get the opportunity to sharpen their skills while exploring the latest culinary trends and learning about sustainable farming. 

From farm to fork and bean to cup, entrants will craft pioneering, sustainably sourced menus at every stage of the competition, giving them the skills and creativity to overcome sustainability challenges in the culinary world.

A month after naming the winners of Toque d’Or® 2022, we whisked them away for a once-in-a-lifetime gastronomic tour around the Persian Gulf.

New for Toque d’Or® 2022, we have launched Toque d’Or TV®. Designed to give hospitality hopefuls and the industry an exclusive peek into the competition, Toque d’Or® 2022 can be experienced in five short episodes.
