For the filling
  • 60ml Vegetable oil
  • 10 GARDEN GOURMET® Sensational™ Vegan Burgers
  • 500g Onions, sliced
  • 100g Vegan mayo
  • 200g Tomato, sliced
  • 150g Roquette leaves
  • 120g Red onion, sliced
  • 200g BBQ sauce
  • 20g Green chilli, sliced
  • 30g Mustard cress
  • 10 burger buns, toasted
Preparation

    Cook Mushrooms Sauté mushrooms in half the oil for 5 minutes. Remove and set aside.

    Cook the Burger Brush the GARDEN GOURMET® Sensational™ Vegan Burgers with the remaining oil. Grill for 10-12 minutes until the core temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
  • 3
    Assemble the Burger: Spread half the mayo on the bottom bun. Layer with half the lettuce, the grilled burger, avocado, sautéed mushrooms, remaining mayo, and the rest of the lettuce. Top with the bun - repeat for all the burgers.
