- 2kg cooked bulgar wheat
- 800g tomatoes
- 300g hummus
- 600g naked slaw
- 120g spring onion
- 50g red chillies
- 10g parsley
- 10g coriander
- 100g pomegranate seeds
- 10 pickled jalapenos
