- 1.5L water
- 195g MAGGI® Bechamel Sauce
- 300g mature cheddar, grated
- 20g MAGGI® Truffle Seasoning
- 600g cavatappi pasta (or macaroni)
- 150g fresh breadcrumbs
- 10ml olive oil
- 20g flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped

1Cook pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente.

2Prepare sauce: In a saucepan, heat MAGGI® Bechamel Sauce and water gently.

3Stir in grated cheddar and MAGGI® Truffle Seasoning, then remove from the heat.

4Toss cooked pasta in the truffle cheese sauce until fully coated, then transfer to an ovenproof dish.

5For the topping: Heat the oil, add breadcrumbs and toast until golden. Stir in chopped parsley.

6To finish: Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the pasta and place under a hot grill for 3–4 minutes until crisp and golden. Portion immediately and serve hot.
