- 1.5kg eggs (approx. 3 eggs per portion)
- 150g unsalted butter
- 150ml half-fat crème fraîche
- 20g MAGGI® Truffle Seasoning
- 20g chives, finely chopped
- 800g asparagus
- 1g sea salt
- 50ml lemon juice
- 500g sourdough bread, sliced
