Fudge Made with SMARTIES®
Want to add some colour to the classic fudge? How about trying our fudge made with SMARTIES® recipe! Our recipe features the bright and fun classic SMARTIES® chocolate, paired with delicious CARNATION® sweetened condensed milk. - 397g CARNATION condensed milk
- 150ml milk
- 450g demerara sugar
- 115g butter
- 100g SMARTIES® Mix-in
- 
        1Place all ingredients aside from the SMARTIES® into a large non-stick pan sauce pan and melt over a low heat.
- 
        2Bring to a steady boil for 10-15 minutes, stirring the mixture continuously and scraping the base. Ideally we are looking for the mixture to reach a temperature of between 113 and 115 degrees.
- 
        3Leave to cool for 5 minutes, then fold through the SMARTIES®.
- 
        4Beat the mixture until it becomes thick, then press into a tray and leave to set for at least 1 hour.
- 
        5Once set, cut into 36 square and enjoy!
