Ingredients
SMARTIES® Fudge ingredients
  • 397g CARNATION condensed milk
  • 150ml milk
  • 450g demerara sugar
  • 115g butter
  • 100g SMARTIES® Mix-in
Preparation

    Place all ingredients aside from the SMARTIES® into a large non-stick pan sauce pan and melt over a low heat.
  • 2
    Bring to a steady boil for 10-15 minutes, stirring the mixture continuously and scraping the base. Ideally we are looking for the mixture to reach a temperature of between 113 and 115 degrees.

    Leave to cool for 5 minutes, then fold through the SMARTIES®.
  • 4
    Beat the mixture until it becomes thick, then press into a tray and leave to set for at least 1 hour.

    Once set, cut into 36 square and enjoy!
