- 180g MILKYBAR® mix-in
- 120g unsalted butter
- 85g light brown sugar
- 65g golden caster sugar
- 1 medium egg
- 1tsp vanilla extract
- 180g plain flour
- ½ tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 
        1Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy
- 
        2Add the egg and vanilla extract into the mixture and beat again
- 
        3Fold through the flour, bicarbonate of soda and MILKYBAR® mix-in
- 
        4Scoop the mixture into twenty-four 22.5g pucks and place on a baking tray
- 
        5Bake at 180 degrees for 8- 10 minutes
- 
        6Leave to cool for 10 minutes and serve
