Cupcakes Made with ROLO®

Made with delicious chocolate and topped with our iconic ROLO®, this recipe is sure to stand out on your dessert menu and bring customers back to your establishment.
- 100g plain flour
- 20g cocoa powder
- 140g caster sugar
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- 40g unsalted butter
- 120ml whole milk
- 1 egg
- 180g chocolate butter cream
- 72g ROLO® Mix-in
- 
        1Beat the sugar and butter together till creamed
- 
        2Add the egg and beat again
- 
        3Sieve in the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder and fold together
- 
        4Next fold in the milk
- 
        5Split the mixture into 12 cupcake cases and bake for 15 – 20 minutes at 180 degrees
- 
        6Leave to cool, pipe on 15g of buttercream and add 3 ROLO® on the buttercream per cupcake
