- 30ml Vegetable oil
- 10 GARDEN GOURMET® Sensational™ Vegan Burgers
- 100g Vegan mayo
- 20g Green chilli sliced
- 300g Lambs lettuce
- 300g Roasted red peppers, sliced
- 120g Pickled red onion, sliced
- 200g Sweetcorn salsa
- 10 burger buns, toasted

1Grill the Burger Preheat the grill to medium-high. Brush both sides of the GARDEN GOURMET® Sensational™ Vegan Burger with oil.

2Grill for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and core temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).

3Assemble the Burger: Spread vegan mayo on the bottom bun. Layer with lettuce, roasted red peppers, the grilled burger, sweetcorn salsa, pickled red onions, and sliced green chili. Top with the bun.

4To Serve:Serve and potentially accompany with sweet potato fries or a fresh salad.
