For the filling
  • 30ml Vegetable oil
  • 10 GARDEN GOURMET® Sensational™ Vegan Burgers
  • 100g Vegan mayo
  • 20g Green chilli sliced
  • 300g Lambs lettuce
  • 300g Roasted red peppers, sliced
  • 120g Pickled red onion, sliced
  • 200g Sweetcorn salsa
  • 10 burger buns, toasted
Preparation

    Grill the Burger Preheat the grill to medium-high. Brush both sides of the GARDEN GOURMET® Sensational™ Vegan Burger with oil.

    Grill for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and core temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).

    Assemble the Burger: Spread vegan mayo on the bottom bun. Layer with lettuce, roasted red peppers, the grilled burger, sweetcorn salsa, pickled red onions, and sliced green chili. Top with the bun.
  • 4
    To Serve:Serve and potentially accompany with sweet potato fries or a fresh salad.
