With NESCAFÉ® Self-Serve, there is no cost to install your machine. Our dedicated team of experts set this up for you. 

No, our NESCAFÉ® machines are not part of a franchise. NESCAFÉ® Self-Serve is our all-inclusive coffee solution. You'll receive a free bean-to-cup machine and fully sustainable branded NESCAFÉ® unit, bespoke to fit your business needs and size requirements.

With NESCAFÉ® Self-Serve, we keep track of how many cups you're serving through our machine telemetry and monitor your payments. You'll get paid the following month based on the amount of cups sold!

With NESCAFÉ® Self-Serve, you could make  £3,447 a year at no cost with a free machine and on-going ingredients. This is based on selling 35 cups a day in 52 weeks (one year). Each cup sold at £1.40.

NESCAFÉ® machines are available for rent on a 3 or 5 year contract based on your business needs. Monthly charges start from £179+ VAT. 

Our machines are only available to rent or offered for free with NESCAFÉ® Self-Serve.

With NESCAFÉ® Self-Serve, you are responsible for the maintenance and daily up-keep of your machine. If you have issues with your machine, you should reach out to our external specialist provider Mulmar for support

With the NESCAFÉ® Self-Serve, you have the option to request payment at the machine unit or from a separate payment area, with our Pay-Per-Drink commercial model.
