Our pay-per-drink model with NESCAFÉ® Self-Serve means that the coffee can be served free of charge or at an alternative payment location. You’ll receive your bill based on the number of cups you have sold.

You will not be charged for a call out with a machine fault, but charges may apply if the machine has been vandalised or was not upkept properly. We will always aim get the engineer to you the next working day.
With NESCAFÉ® Self-Serve, we keep track of how many cups you're serving through our machine telemetry, so when you're running low we'll send you a top up of ingredients free of charge.

There are no upfront or on-going costs for the installation or servicing of your machine. If you have any machine breakdowns or issues, we have a dedicated team who will respond to call-outs within 24 hours.
We work with an external specialist team, Mulmar, who will install your machine on a chosen date. Once an agreement has been signed, you will be contacted by this team to organise an installation date.
With NESCAFÉ® Self-Serve you will receive training from your dedicated Coffee Trainer who will fully upskill your staff to use our machines. You will also have access to our suite of troubleshooting videos.
With NESCAFÉ® Self-Serve, the machine can be run 24 hours and completed self-served without a barista.
We highly recommend our NESCAFÉ® machines be fitted with access to a mains water supply. However in exceptional cases, the machine can be ran on external pump and tank.
