Our NESCAFÉ® Self-Serve does requires signal in order to be able to accept contactless payments. This will be via a LAN port or roaming SIM card. We can work with you to find the best option suited for you.
With NESCAFÉ® Self-Serve, we keep track of how many cups you're serving through our machine telemetry, so when you're running low we'll send you a top up of ingredients at no charge.
If you are renting one of our machines, you are responsible for restocking your machine with Nescafe branded ingredients when you are running low.
A standard 13amp socket needed is needed for our NESCAFÉ® machines to run, with an additional plug required if fitted with our branded machine lightbox unit.
Yes, the NESCAFÉ® machine needs access to a mains water supply. However, in exceptional cases, the machine can be run on an external pump or tank. This will depend on your needs and can be discussed further with our team.
We recommend that you clean your Nescafé® machine daily, with additional cleaning required on a weekly and monthly basis to ensure your machine is kept to the highest standards.
Our NESCAFÉ® machines are available on a 3 or 5 year contract, through our rental model.
In order to get started with our products, you must sign a contract and accept our business terms.
Currently we cannot offer milk alternatives in our Nescafé® machines.
With NESCAFÉ® Self-Serve, you'll receive your ingredients for free when your stock is running low.
