Good news - our NESCAFÉ coffee machines do not require PSSR testing, as none of them have pressurised boilers!  

We provide a comprehensive service package via our Third Party Service Provider.  From initial installation and reactive engineer calls, through to preventative maintenance; this is crucial for maintaining the reliability of our machines, thereby minimising downtime and enhancing operational efficiency.

All ingredients are included in both the pay per drink and revenue share models. We use quality NESCAFÉ Selezione beans which are Rainforest Alliance accredited, powdered milk for our milk based drinks which makes the machines easier to maintain, and premium hot chocolate for a luxurious tasting cup.

NESCAFÉ machines are simple to clean and are low maintenance, particularly compared with machines that use fresh milk as there is less residue. Just 3 rinses and cleaning of internal parts daily - we only request a brewer clean with tablet once a week!

No, most bean-to-cup machines have automated cleaning functions that simplify the process. Plus, if you choose NESCAFÉ’s powdered milks, they’ll be less residue, so cleaning your coffee maker will be quicker and easier.

Generally, bean-to-cup coffee offers better flavour and freshness than pod coffee. Pods can be convenient but often lack the rich taste and aroma that freshly ground beans provide.
