- 75ml semi-skimmed milk
- 75ml water
- 55g unsalted butter
- 15g caster sugar
- 125g plain flour
- 100g eggs (2 large), beaten
- 100g plain flour
- 5ml vanilla extract
- 200g KITKAT® Sauce
- 200g KITKAT® Mix in

1To Make the Batter: Place the milk, butter, sugar, and water in a pan and bring to a simmer.

2Take the pan off the heat, add the flour, and mix, then return to the heat and stir vigorously until the dough comes together.

3Cook for 3-4 minutes, then remove from the heat, transfer to a mixer bowl with a paddle attachment.

4Mix the dough on a low speed to reduce the temperature, then gradually add in beaten eggs to the dough and mix until smooth and shiny.

5Transfer the dough into a piping bag fitted with a big star nozzle.

6To Finish: Pre-heat the fryer to 374°F.

7Pipe the dough into the fryer into roughly 10cm long and fry for 2 minutes or until golden brown all over.

8Remove from the fryer and drain any excess oil.

9Dip the ends of the churros into the KITKAT® Sauce and coat with KITKAT® Mix-ins.
