- 750g GARDEN GOURMET® Fillet Pieces
- 300g red pepper, sliced
- 300g yellow pepper, sliced
- 300g onions, sliced
- 15g fajita seasoning mix
- 50ml vegetable oil
- 1 lime
- 250g MAGGI® Rich & Rustic Tomato Sauce
- 100g red onion, diced
- 20g red chili, diced
- 65g coriander leaves
- 400g wholewheat wraps (10) - Tesco wholemeal wrap used (61g per wrap)
- 500g salad leaves
- 200g sweetcorn
- 200g avocado, diced
- 2 limes

1Mix half the oil, fajita seasoning and GARDEN GOURMET® Fillet Pieces together and allow to marinate for 30 minutes.

2Heat the reaming oil in a sauté pan, add the GARDEN GOURMET® Fillet Pieces and cook for 5 minutes allowing to char then remove from the pan.

3Add the vegetables and cook for 3-4 minutes then return the GARDEN GOURMET® Fillet Pieces then squeeze in the lime and remove from the heat.

4To make the salsa: mix all the ingredients together and spoon into dip pots.

5To finish: warm the wraps then divide the filling between them.

6Top with salad, sweetcorn and avocado then squeeze over the lime before serving.
