Ingredients
For the marinade
  • 800g GARDEN GOURMET® Pulled Fillet
  • 20g Garlic puree
  • 20g Ginger puree
  • 20ml Vegetable oil
For the stir-fry
  • 650g thin egg noodle
  • 50ml vegetable oil
  • 300g onions, sliced
  • 300g yellow peppers, sliced
  • 300g red peppers, sliced
  • 50ml water
  • 300g hoisin sauce
  • 250g mangetout
  • 250g beansprouts
  • 120g spring onions, sliced
  • 5g sesame seeds
  • 1 lime
Preparation

    To make the marinade: In a bowl, mix the ginger, garlic, and vegetable oil together.

    Pour the marinade over the GARDEN GOURMET® Vegan Fillet Pieces and allow it to marinate for 20 minutes.

    To make the stir-fry: Place the egg noodles into a bowl, cover with boiling water, and allow to soften for 5 minutes. Then, drain and refresh.

    Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, add the sliced onions and peppers, and stir-fry over high heat for 2 minutes.

    Add the marinated GARDEN GOURMET® Vegan Fillet Pieces and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Then, add the mangetout, beansprouts, and water, and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
