Ingredients
For the filling
  • 60ml Vegetable Oil
  • 500g Sliced Onions
  • 10 Garden Gourmet® Sensational™ Vegan Burgers
  • 100g Vegan Mayo
  • 200g Tomato, sliced
  • 150g Roquette leaves
  • 120g Red onion, sliced
  • 200g BBQ sauce
  • 20g Green chilli, sliced
  • 30g Mustard cress
  • 10 burger buns, toasted

    Sauté Onions heat oil over medium heat and add white onions for 15 minutes until softened and caramelized. Remove from heat and set aside.

    Grill the Burger Brush the GARDEN GOURMET® Sensational™ Vegan Burger with the remaining oil. Grill for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until a golden crust forms and the core temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).

    Assemble the Burger: On the bottom bun, place a layer of fresh roquette. Top with the sautéed onions, followed by the grilled burger. Add BBQ sauce, sliced tomatoes, red onion, green chili, mayo, and mustard cress. Finish with the top bun.
