- 400g Lady Fingers/sponge fingers
- 20g Espresso powder
- 300ml Water, boiling
- 450g Ricotta
- 750g Silken Tofu
- 50g Caster sugar
- 200g KITKAT® Sauce
- 100g Granola
- 100g KitKat® Sauce
- 100g Blueberries
- 100g Raspberries

1Place the tofu, ricotta and sugar into a blender and blitz until smooth then pour into a bowl, cover, and chill until needed.

2Whisk the coffee powder into the water then allow to cool.

3Dip the lady’s fingers into the cooled coffee and place into the bottom of a serving dish.

4Spoon in half of the “cream” filling then squeeze half of the KitKat® sauce around the edge and sprinkle in half of the granola.

5Repeat the process once more then chill for 1 hour.

6Mix to form a smooth batter then cover and chill until needed.

7Remove the Tiramisu from the fridge and garnish with berries and a drizzle of KitKat® sauce.
