Ingredients
MILKYBAR® Cookies ingredients
  • 180g MILKYBAR® mix-in
  • 120g unsalted butter
  • 85g light brown sugar
  • 65g golden caster sugar
  • 1 medium egg
  • 1tsp vanilla extract
  • 180g plain flour
  • ½ tsp bicarbonate of soda
Preparation
  • 1
    Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy
  • 2
    Add the egg and vanilla extract into the mixture and beat again
  • 3
    Fold through the flour, bicarbonate of soda and MILKYBAR® mix-in
  • 4
    Scoop the mixture into twenty-four 22.5g pucks and place on a baking tray

    Bake at 180 degrees for 8- 10 minutes
  • 6
    Leave to cool for 10 minutes and serve
