- 225g caster sugar
- 4 large free-range eggs
- 225g light buttery spread, melted
- 150g plain flour, sifted
- 120g MILKYBAR® mix-in
- 80g CARNATION® Caramel

1Preheat the oven to 180C/350F/Gas mark 4.

2Grease and line a 20cm x 10cm rectangular baking tray.

3Beat together the sugar and eggs until pale and fluffy.

4Beat in the melted light buttery spread a little at a time, making sure each addition of buttery spread is fully incorporated before adding the next.

5Add the CARNATION Caramel and mix well.

6Add the flour and carefully fold it into the mixture.

7Add the chopped MILYKBAR mix-in and carefully fold them into the mixture.

8Pour the mixture into the prepared baking tray and level out.

9Place the tray into the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a skewer inserted into the centre of the blondie comes out clean. Set aside to cool.
