Nutrition, health and wellness takes the limelight in our first quarterly BuzzBites report: Good Food, Good Life.
Consumer attitudes are constantly evolving and food that delivers on taste, as well as nutrition, is becoming increasingly popular. In fact, new research suggests that more than half (56%1) of casual diners would be more willing to go to a restaurant offering healthy menu options and over two thirds (69%2) would like to see ‘fresh’ dishes and ‘healthy’ offerings on menus.
We’ve teamed up with award winning dietitian, Lucy Jones best known for her TV appearances, presenting on shows such as BBC 1’s The Food Inspectors and Channel 4’s The Food Hospital, to launch a new report on why ‘better’ menus can mean ‘better’ business.
