Ingredients
For the marinade: 
  • 20ml sesame oil 
  • 10ml honey
  • 5g Chinese 5 spice 
  • 20ml MAGGI Liquid Seasoning 
  • 50g cornflour 
  • 800g Garden Gourmet Pulled 
For the stir-fry: 
  • 50ml vegetable oil 
  • 20g garlic, sliced
  • 20g ginger, sliced
  • 400g onions, diced
  • 450g mixed peppers, diced
  • 500g tender stem broccoli, sliced
  • 60ml hoisin sauce 
  • 20ml MAGGI Liquid Seasoning 
  • 50ml Shaoxing Rice Wine 
  • 5g Sichuan peppercorns 
  • 200g spring onions, sliced
  • 20g red chilli, sliced
  • 100g cashew nuts, toasted

    To Marinate: In a bowl, combine all the marinade ingredients and mix well.

    Cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

    To Serve: Heat half of the oil in a wok. Add the vegetables and sauté for 2 minutes.

    Incorporate the ginger and garlic, cooking for an additional 2 minutes. Then, add the marinated Garden Gourmet Pulled.

    Increase the heat and cook for 4-5 minutes. Pour in the hoisin sauce, Shaoxing wine, MAGGI Liquid Seasoning, and peppercorns. Cook for another 2 minutes, allowing the sauce to fully coat the ingredients.

    Transfer the mixture onto a serving plate and garnish with chili, spring onions, and cashews.
