- 150g thick plain yoghurt
- 30g gram flour
- 20g garlic puree
- 20g ginger puree
- 50g tandoori spice
- 2g dried fenugreek
- 20ml lemon juice
- 20ml vegetable oil
- 800g paneer, diced
- 100g mint
- 100g coriander
- 100g pomegranate seeds
- 200g ren onion, thinly sliced
- 200g cucumber, sliced
- 600g mixed leaves, washed
- 450g tomatoes, quartered
- 100ml sweet yoghurt
- 150ml MAGGI® Hot & Sweet Sauce

1For the paneer: Mix the yoghurt and gram flour, then incorporate the garlic puree, ginger puree, fenugreek and tandoori spice blend.

2Finish with lemon juice and oil; whisk until smooth.

3Gently fold in the paneer, cover and chill for at least 1 hour.

4Arrange paneer on lightly greased tray and grill for 6-8 minutes until slightly crispy.

5To finish: In a large bowl, combine mixed leaves, herbs, onion, cucumber, and tomatoes. Toss gently and scatter pomegranate seeds.

6Top with cooked paneer then drizzle over sweet yoghurt and MAGGI® Hot & Sweet Sauce.
