- 650g GARDEN GOURMET Fillet Pieces
- 650ml water
- 40ml CHEF® Vegetable Liquid Concentrate
- 180ml satay sauce
- 350g cucumber
- 200g spring onions
- 200g carrot ribbons
- 100g baby tomatoes cut into ¼’s
- 150g shallots
- 8g red chili
- 20g Thai basil
- 20g coriander
- 800g baby romaine salad
- 35g natural peanuts, toasted

1Boil GARDEN GOURMET Fillet Pieces in water with the CHEF Vegetable Liquid Concentrate for 5-8 min and remove from the water and leave to cool down.

2Mix the Fillet Pieces with the satay sauce.

3Peel cucumber and remove the seeds and cut into pieces.

4Cut spring onions and chili into julienne and place in ice water.

5Wash the baby romaine salad as whole leaves.

6Pick all the herbs.

7Assemble the salads and sprinkle with peanuts, herbs and spring onions.
You can wrap the satay salad in rice paper wraps.
