Ingredients
For the taho
  • 200g tapioca pearls
  • 100g MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder
  • 1.5lt water
  • 397g condensed milk
  • 50g NESCAFÉ® Gold Blend
To finish
  • 600g silken tofu
  • 10ml vanilla paste
Preparation

    In a saucepan, combine the tapioca pearls, MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder, and water, bringing it to a boil.

    Allow the mixture to cook for 15 minutes, then remove the cooked pearls using a slotted spoon, and refresh them with cold water.

    Add the remaining ingredients to the saucepan, whisk them together, and then remove from the heat, allowing the mixture to cool.

    In a separate container, blend the silken tofu and vanilla paste until smooth. Pour half of this mixture into a glass.

    Add ice to the glass, followed by a spoonful of tapioca pearls, and then pour in some of the sweet coffee mix.

    Spoon in the remaining tofu mixture, add more tapioca pearls, and finish with an additional pour of the coffee mix.
