- 200g tapioca pearls
- 100g MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder
- 1.5lt water
- 397g condensed milk
- 50g NESCAFÉ® Gold Blend
- 600g silken tofu
- 10ml vanilla paste

1In a saucepan, combine the tapioca pearls, MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder, and water, bringing it to a boil.

2Allow the mixture to cook for 15 minutes, then remove the cooked pearls using a slotted spoon, and refresh them with cold water.

3Add the remaining ingredients to the saucepan, whisk them together, and then remove from the heat, allowing the mixture to cool.

4In a separate container, blend the silken tofu and vanilla paste until smooth. Pour half of this mixture into a glass.

5Add ice to the glass, followed by a spoonful of tapioca pearls, and then pour in some of the sweet coffee mix.
