Ingredients
  • 220g overripe bananas
  • 100g eggs
  • 75g maple syrup
  • 40g peanut butter
  • 40g baking spread, melted
  • 210g oats
  • 60g ground almonds
  • 30g mixed seeds
  • 60g Rolo Mix-ins
  • 1g salt
  • 1g ground cinnamon
Preparation

    Pre-heat oven to 170°C
  • 2
    Place the bananas, egg, maple syrup, peanut butter and baking spread into a blender and blitz to combine.

    In a separate mixing bowl, add the oats, ground almonds, mixed seeds, cinnamon and salt to a bowl. Pour in the blended banana mix and stir to combine.

    Shape into rounds then place on to a lined baking tray. Gently press in the Rolo Mix-ins.

    Bake for 12-14 minutes or until golden then remove and allow to cool on a wire rack.
