
Toque d’Or® 2021 Grand Finals challenges focused on creating a Toque d’Or 2021 Taste the Future recipe book. Finalists received world-class tuition from judges on all aspects including, recipe writing and creation, engaging personal biographies, food photography and social media. Back of house competitors were asked to create a sustainable main course including animal or plant-based protein and a summer dessert including strawberries. Front of house were asked to create a jasmine green tea and a coffee based tea, also sustainable and perfect as summer non-alcoholic refreshments.
