NESCAFÉ Refer a Friend Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. The NESCAFÉ Refer a Friend promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over. 

2. The promotion runs from 1 October 2026 to 8 October 2026 inclusive ("Promotional Period"). 

3. To participate, an existing NESCAFÉ promotional database member ("Referrer") must refer a friend using the designated referral mechanism provided by NESCAFÉ. 

4. The Friend will receive one opportunity for a free NESCAFÉ beverage upon successful registration, subject to Terms and Conditions. 

5. If the Friend opens the link during the Promotional Period, the Referrer will become eligible to receive one additional free NESCAFÉ beverage. 

6. Only one reward will be issued to the Referrer during the promotional period irrespective of how many friends they refer. 

7. Free beverages are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and have no cash alternative. 

8. The promotion is subject to availability and NESCAFÉ reserves the right to substitute the reward with an alternative of equal or greater value where necessary. 

9. Incomplete, inaccurate or fraudulent registrations or redemptions may be disqualified. 

10. NESCAFÉ reserves the right to verify participant eligibility and to withhold rewards where abuse of the promotion is suspected. 

11. Personal data supplied in connection with this promotion will be processed in accordance with the applicable NESCAFÉ Privacy Notice. 

12. NESCAFÉ reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. 

13. By participating in the promotion, participants are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
