Toque d'Or® 2025 competition: National Heats Shortlist

We’re delighted to announce the shortlist of college students advancing to the Heats of our 2025 Toque d’Or competition, after a competitive entry process which saw 415 applications from individual students across the UK.

Taking place at The Grand Cookery School in York during 10th-13th March 2025, the Heats will host 48 FOH and BOH students.

Toque d’Or offers young professionals a chance to challenge themselves in a real-world setting. Success relies on preparation—practicing until it feels natural, having a detailed plan with extra time, and maintaining a clean, organised section
