Ingredients
For the kebab filling
  • 800g Garden Gourmet® Sensational™ Pulled Filets
  • 30g Kebab seasoning
  • 200g onion, diced
  • 200g red peppers, diced
  • 200g yellow peppers, diced
  • 50 ml olive oil
For the salad
  • 400g iceberg, sliced
  • 250g red cabbage, sliced
  • 200g red onions, sliced
  • 1g salt
  • 300g tomato, sliced
For the tzatziki
  • 300g soya yoghurt
  • 20g garlic, peeled
  • 100g cucumber, grated and squeeze.
  • 1g salt
  • 20ml olive oil
To serve
  • 10 pitta breads

    In a bowl, mix the Garden Gourmet® Sensational™ Pulled Fillet with kebab seasoning, diced onions, diced red peppers, diced yellow peppers, and olive oil. Allow the mixture to marinate for 30 minutes to infuse the flavours.

    After marinating, spread the mixture onto an oven tray and cook under a hot grill for approximately 5 minutes or until slightly charred. This will enhance the smoky flavour and texture of the pulled fillet.

    Prepare the salad by combining sliced iceberg lettuce, red cabbage, sliced red onions, and salt in a bowl just before serving. Gently mix the ingredients to ensure an even distribution of flavours and textures.

    In a separate bowl, prepare the tzatziki by mixing together the soya yogurt, peeled garlic, grated and squeezed cucumber, salt, and olive oil. Spoon the tzatziki into dip pots in preparation for serving.
