- 30pc GARDEN GOURMET Vegan Balls
- 10pc fresh pizza dough (100g)
- 100g semolina flour
- 350ml MAGGI® Rich & Rustic Tomato sauce
- 600g light mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 150g red onions
- 18g fresh jalapeños
- 100g rocket
- 300g baby gem lettuce
- 250g baby chard leaf
- 250g baby vine tomatoes, cut into ¼’s
- 150g cucumber, roughly grated
- 120g finely sliced red onions
- 150g sweet fresh peas
- 15g mint

1Defrost and cut GARDEN GOURMET Vegan Balls in ½ or ¼ to have a better coverage on the pizza.

2Role the pizza dough in semolina flour.

3Slice jalapeños and onions.

4Build pizza by applying MAGGI tomato sauce, cheese, onions, jalapeños and GARDEN GOURMET Vegan Balls.

5Bake the pizza at 270°C for 3-5 min in a preheated oven.

6Drizzle the finished pizza with the rocket and olive oil.
