  • 600g GARDEN GOURMET Fillet Pieces
  • 30ml CHEF® Vegetable Liquid Concentrate
  • 50g light pesto
  • 400g mixed cabbage. red and white
  • 300g cooked lentils
  • 100g green olives
  • 200g cucumber
  • 100g semi dried tomatoes
  • 200g bell peppers
  • 200g charred baby corn
  • 150g grilled courgettes
Preparation

    Sauté defrosted GARDEN GOURMET Fillet Pieces in pesto and season with CHEF Vegetable Liquid Concentrate and chill.

    Cut and prepare cabbage, cucumber and bell peppers.

    Assemble the salad in layers or separately to have a visual overview.

Any cooked grains and pulses can be used as a base.
