Ingredients
For the cake batter:
- 200g sugar
- 115g unsalted butter, softened
- 100g whole eggs
- 120ml semi‑skimmed milk
- 220g plain flour
- 10g baking powder
For the topping:
- 100g icing sugar
- 10ml water
- 2g green food colouring
- 80g Milkybar® Mix‑In pieces
Preparation

1Cake preparation: Pre‑heat the oven to 170°C and line a cake tin.

2Cream together the butter and caster sugar until pale and aerated. Gradually incorporate the eggs, adding them one at a time.

3Combine the plain flour and baking powder in a separate bowl.

4Add in 1/3 of the milk, then add 1/3 of the dry mix to the creamed base. Repeat until all used.

5Transfer the batter into the prepared tin and bake for approximately 30 minutes until the cake is set. Remove and allow to cool.
