NESCAFÉ INDEPENDENT CARE HOMES 2025 - £30 CASHBACK FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I. General

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of these Terms and Conditions and by participating all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by them. Participants should retain a copy for their information.

The Promoter takes data protection seriously. By entering this promotion, participants confirm that they have read the Privacy Policy and agree to these Terms and Conditions of the promotion. By submitting any information required as part of their participation in the promotion, participants agree to their information being held and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Promoter: Nestlé UK Ltd, Nestlé House, Haxby Road, York YO31 8TA

1. These rules apply to the “NESCAFÉ INDEPENDENT CARE HOMES 2025 - £30 CASHBACK "Promotion (hereinafter, the "Promotion") of Nestlé UK (hereinafter, the "Promoter"), whose head office and offices are established in Nestlé UK Ltd, Nestlé House, Haxby Road, York, YO31 8TA. The promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 and over, excluding (a) the employees of the Promoter and their partners or members of their families domiciled under the same roof, as well as (b) any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation of this Promotion in any way.

2. By participating in this Promotion, participants accept these Promotion rules in their entirety.

3. The purpose of the Promotion is to promote products sold under the NESCAFÉ brand(s) (hereinafter, the "Brand" / "Brands").

4. The promotion offers a refund on one (1) of the following products:

  • NESCAFÉ Original 1kg
  • NESCAFÉ Original 750g
  • NESCAFÉ Original Decaf 500g
  • NESCAFÉ Original Re-fill 600g
  • NESCAFÉ Original 200 sticks
  • NESCAFÉ Original Decaf 200 sticks
  • NESCAFÉ GOLD BLEND 750g
  • NESCAFÉ GOLD BLEND Re-fill 450g
  • NESCAFÉ GOLD BLEND DECAF 500g
  • NESCAFÉ GOLD BLEND 200 sticks
  • NESCAFÉ GOLD BLEND DECAF 200 sticks
  • The refund will be paid as up to £30.00 cashback for one product purchased. The promotion is limited to 75 cashback offers in total, which will be awarded on a ‘first-come, first-served’ basis.

5. All cashback claims must be redeemed by 31/12/2025.

6. The RRP of the Product is £30.00. If the Product is bought on offer and the purchase price paid falls below £30.00, the Refund will be reduced to reflect the purchase price paid. If the purchase price paid is greater than £30.00, the Refund will remain at £30.00.

7. The promotion will open at 00:01 on 01/07/2025, and end at 23:59 on 31/12/2025, OR when 75 unique, genuine, and valid claims have been received whichever is sooner. In the event of the maximum number of claims being received before the closing date, participants will be immediately notified that the promotion has ended upon clicking on the promotional link. No one person/establishment may claim more than one cashback throughout the promotion.

8. 9. Only valid applications will be accepted. A valid application comprises a completed, legible, on-line application form, including but not limited to:

• Applicant’s first & last name

• A current and valid email address

• Applicant’s Bank or PayPal details where the refund should be sent

• Marketing opt-in - Yes or No – Tick Box

• An uploaded photo of a valid itemised till receipt as outlined above, showing a participating product purchased by no later than 31/12/2025. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any uploaded till receipts/proof of purchases that

  • Are out of focus/blurry
  • Do not have the correct product clearly visible
  • Are old, out of date or fall outside of the stated promotional period
  • That show store locations in geographical locations outside the stated promotional area
  • Are not unique to the individual

• The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with or altering till receipts. Any attempts to submit any invalid till receipts may result in the participant’s application being frozen and possibly deleted.

10. Participating products are subject to availability, while stocks last.

11. Cashback offer available for in-store purchases made up to the stated closing date. Purchases made online must be delivered by no later than 23:59 on the stated closing date to qualify.

12. Qualifying participants have until 23:59 on 31/12/2025 to request their cashback if the product has been purchased within the valid offer dates. However, cashbacks will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis and will end when 75 unique genuine and valid claims have been made. All offers are provided by the Promoter and not the retailers from which the product is purchased.

13. The actual price of the products included in this promotion is at the sole discretion of the wholesaler, and subject to variation across retailers.

14. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other coupon and is subject to the Terms of Use. 15. This offer may be combined with in-store price promotions.

16. The Promotion is announced through the following channels: Media partners’ digital advertisements, mailers, and printed advertisements. II. Participation

17. Participation in the Promotion is (exclusively) open to UK residents aged 18 and over.

18. The following are excluded from participation: (a) the employees of the Promoter and their partners or members of their families domiciled under the same roof, as well as (b) any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation of this Promotion in any way.

19. Organised and/or collective participation in the Promotion will be considered as abuse and will result in the automatic exclusion from the promotion.

20. Participation is personal and nominative; in no case may the participant participate on behalf of others.

21. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude from the Promotion any participant who has provided invalid or false personal information.

22. Unfair practices such as, without limitation, scripts, software, robots or e-mail addresses, or any other process which makes it possible to automate participation without physical intervention, or, more generally, circumvention of these Promotion rules to participate in an unauthorised and/or fraudulent manner, are not allowed. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any participant who violates this provision from participation in the Promotion and in future promotions by the Promoter. III. Course of the Promotion and determination of the Participant

23. To participate in the Promotion, the participant must, during the Promotion Period: a) Click on a promotional link or scan a QR code. b) Select WhatsApp or SMS to receive the claim link. c) Buy one (1) participating NESCAFÉ products as listed in clause 8 and keep a copy of the till receipt clearly showing their purchase made during the qualifying dates. d) Fill in the necessary fields on the claim link including but not limited to first name, last name, valid email address, bank details (sort code + account number) or PayPal account and upload a picture of a valid receipt on the Promotion Page.

24. Maximum one entry per email address and mobile phone number permitted.

25. Payment account details can only be used once. Uploaded receipts must be unique and used once. V. Reimbursement

26. Participants will receive an email notifying them of a successful application.

27. Successful participants will receive their Refund within 28 days of an approved application.

28. The Refund will be distributed to the participant by reimbursement to the bank account or PayPal account by our external partner Hashting UK Ltd.

29. In the absence of a reaction (within the deadlines), or in the event of any other infraction in any way whatsoever (for example, if it appears that the participant does not meet the conditions for participation), the Promoter reserves the right not to grant Refund.

30. Refunds cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods or services. The Refund cannot be divided and can only be accepted as it is granted to the original applicant. VI. Monthly Prize Draw

31. Successful claimants will be automatically entered into a Monthly Prize Draw for the chance to win £100.

32. The Monthly Prize Draws will run from 01.07.25 to 31.12.25. There are six (6) cash prizes available to be won in total across the full duration of the promotion. No one person may win more than one prize.

33. All valid entries received will be automatically placed into the next available Monthly Prize Draw for the chance to win one (1) £100 prize. The winners will be contacted via email within seven (7) standard working days of winning. All prizes will be supplied as BACS transfers to a UK bank account. Each prize draw will take place the following week after each closing date and the winners drawn at random from all valid entries received by the end of each calendar month. The winner from the final Monthly Prize Draw ending on 31.12.25 will be drawn and notified during the first week of January 2026.

34. Entries into each Monthly Prize Draws will be rolled over into the next month, unless the participant wins a Monthly Prize Draw prize. If a participant wins a Monthly Prize Draw prize, they will not be entered into any remaining Monthly Prize Draws.

35. The winners will be drawn at random by our external partner Hashting UK Ltd from all valid entries received within the stated promotional period.

36. Hashting UK Ltd will send an email (“Winner’s Email”) to the winners (using the email address submitted with their cashback claim) within 10 days of the draw date. The email will notify the winners that they have won, confirm their prize, and give details of the next steps to arrange delivery of their prize.

37. The prizes will be awarded upon completion of a validation process, to ensure the winners meet the correct protocols.

38. The £100 prize will be distributed to the winner via BACS transfer to a UK bank account or PayPal account by Hashting UK Ltd on behalf of the Promoter.

39. The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be sold or auctioned. No other alternative to a prize will be offered save for in the event of unforeseen circumstances, in which the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value than the original.

40. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failed delivery due to the provision of incorrect contact details by entrants. Any prize that is returned undelivered will be assumed unwanted and the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner to receive the prize using the same process referred to above in these Terms and Conditions.

41. Whilst all reasonable steps will be taken to contact the winners, if this cannot be achieved within seven (7) days of the Winner’s Email being sent, and after three (3) attempts, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel the prize entitlement and award the prize to a reserve winner who will be drawn at the same time as the original winner. If the reserve winner does not respond within seven (7) days of being notified, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel the prize entitlement. Participants are encouraged to check their emails, including their Junk and Spam folders in case they are a winner. The Promoter is not responsible for late claims where the prize has been withdrawn and awarded to a reserve winner.

42. In the event of a need to contact a reserve/reserves, this will continue until two (2) reserves have been tried. Thereafter, any remaining prize will be forfeited and withdrawn from the Promotion and declared null and void.

43. Any prize(s) that remains unclaimed by the date of the final Monthly Prize Draw will be added to that final prize pool.

44. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including, but not limited to, asking for receipt/proof of purchase for the cashback element, address and identity details in the form of a copy of a current passport or driver’s licence (which they must provide within seven (7) calendar days) and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement, and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise, where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final arbiter for all decisions, which are final and binding.

45. Subject to the Promoter’s Privacy Policy which can be found at https://www.nescafe.com/gb/nestle-privacy-notice the surname, county of residence and details of the prize of the verified prize winners will be available upon request by sending an email to consumer.services@uk.nestle.com with the subject line ‘WINNERS’ LIST: NESCAFÉ INDEPENDENT CARE HOMES 2025’, for a period of three (3) months following the end of the main promotion. We reserve the right to refuse any or all such requests. When contacting this email address, your request will be actioned in line with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. At the point of personal data collection for verification, all winners will be given the option to opt-in to having their surname, county, and prize type used for marketing purposes. If any winner subsequently objects to their information being published or used for marketing purposes, then they can contact the Promoter by emailing UKI.dataprotection@uk.nestle.com with the subject line: ‘WINNERS LIST: NESCAFÉ INDEPENDENT CARE HOMES 2025’. We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.

46. By taking part in the promotion, the winners agree that the Promoter may contact them to ask whether they want to participate in marketing activities relating to the Promotion. Such publicity may include, without limitation, the entrants’ name and/or if consent given, images or statements made by entrants concerning the Promotion and/or prize obtained as part of the Promotion. The winners are not obliged to agree to any such request. VII. Personal Data

47. Data Protection: The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and the auditing of the applications where necessary and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent and you have opted-in to receive future marketing communications. As part of this promotion, if you are not opted-in into our general marketing email, you may still receive emails for this promotion only regarding your refund. Your personal details will always be kept confidential, and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You can request access to your personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, or request deletion of data by sending an email to: https://www.nescafe.com/gb/contact-us. By participating in the promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here. You can withdraw your consent at any time. For the purpose of this promotion, requests to delete personal data can only be actioned after the promotion has concluded and the winner(s) accepted their prize. Any data obtained via this promotion will be deleted after three (3) months of the promotional end date with the exception of the winner(s) and reserves whose data will be deleted after fulfilment of the prize(s).

48. The data collected by Hashting UK Ltd, will be used for the execution of the Refund as per the Hashting privacy policy which can be found at https://hashting.com/privacy-policy/. Hashting UK Ltd may also reach out to get feedback on specific promotions so that they can improve promotions and services. VIII. Responsibility

49. The Promoter is not responsible for any costs or expenses (such as internet connection, travel) incurred as part of the Promotion. The full cost of participation in the Promotion is borne by the participant. 50. Any personal/business tax liability arising from taking part in this Promotion will be the sole responsibility of the individual participant/business.

51. Limitations of liability: Neither the Promoter, its agents nor anyone professionally connected to the Promotion, assume any responsibility or liability for: a) Any incorrect or inaccurate code entry, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions. b) Any unauthorised access to, or theft, destruction, or alteration of data at any point in the operation of this Promotion. Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regards to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers, or providers utilised in any aspect of this Promotion. c) Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof. d) Regretfully, we cannot be held liable for system failures on the website.

52. The Promoter and/or third parties to whom it has called in the context of the Promotion are not responsible for faults and/or faults on/in or relating to the Internet, the Promotion Page or any website mentioned in these regulations, cable networks (or other relevant network), software or hardware as well as for any possible incorrect entry and/or processing of personal data.

53. The Promoter excludes for the rest all liability of the Promoter and/or third parties to which it has appealed within the framework of the Promotion, including the Refund and the Products, within the limits permitted by law.

54. In the event that this Promotion is advertised on Facebook, Instagram or other external channels, it is specifically pointed out that this Promotion is in no way sponsored, approved or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or these other external channels, which are not responsible for this. Participants/entrants accept and understand that they are providing their information to the Promoter, and that the above-named social media platforms have no liability for any element of this Promotion. Furthermore, any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Promotion will be directed to the Promoter only. IX. Use of this promotion

55. Participants are not permitted to: (i) resell or use this Promotion or its contents for commercial purposes; (ii) collect and use any product listings, descriptions, or prices; (iii) download or copy information for the benefit of another merchant; (iv) use data mining, screen scraping, or similar data-gathering and extraction tools; (v) modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, nor (vi) use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.

56. Links to this Promotion from third party sites are permitted only upon approval from Hashting UK Ltd. Please contact us at info@hashting.com to seek such approval. X. Final provisions

57. No element of the Promotion or relating to it may be reproduced or published without the express prior written authorisation of the Promoter.

58. If one or more provisions of these Rules of Promotion should be considered void or be cancelled in whole or in part, the rest of the provision(s) in question and the Rules of Promotion will remain fully applicable.

59. In the event of circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter and those partnered with the Promotion reserve the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions at any stage but will endeavour to minimise the effect to participants to avoid undue disappointment.

60. The participant is required to check these Promotion rules on a regular basis.

61. The Promoter also reserves the right not to attribute the Refund in the event of abuse or fraud to these rules.

62. Complaints or questions concerning these regulations and the Promotion, as well as requests in the context of the rights that participants may assert over their personal data, must be sent in writing to: Consumer Services, Nestlé UK Ltd, Haxby Road, York, YO91 1XY.

63. The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of England and Wales but any disputes as to the meaning of these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the participant’s local courts.

64. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
