NESCAFÉ® Coffee Machines FAQs

Currently we do not offer tea from our NESCAFÉ® machines, but we do offer hot water through our machines for a site to provide their own tea bags. 

Currently we cannot offer decaf from our NESCAFÉ® machines, but should this be a need for your business please discuss this with our sales team.

A great cup of coffee, starts with the bean. NESCAFÉ® bean-to-cup machines only use a  blend of carefully selected whole roasted coffee beans from Rainforest Alliance Certified™ farms, sourced responsibly from Brazil, Colombia and Vietnam. This gives our expertly crafted blend a unique medium body blend with a very good balance between bitterness and acidity, with woody and fruity notes.

Our NESCAFÉ® machines can be set up to run on 8oz or 12oz depending the needs of your customer.

The machine used with NESCAFÉ Self-Serve is H x 668mm, Width x 422mm, Depth x 599mm.

All our machines are branded with the Nescafe logo on the hardware and digital screen. However,  we can offer the Nescafé® machine without a branded freestanding unit if this is more suitable for your business.

NESCAFÉ® within Nestlé Professional have now removed plastic lids from our portfolio across Europe, and we only use Fibre Lids with all takeaway cups. ​We're proud to work on providing fit-for-purpose packaging whilst reducing the use of virgin plastics.​

Our fibre lids can simply be disposed of when you are finished your coffee by placing the cup and lid into a recycling bin!
