Internal Nescafe Barista Bean Launch Terms and Conditions

 

  1. Eligibility: This promotion is exclusively open to employees of Nestlé within the UK&I Market. 
  1. Entry Limit: Each participant is allowed only one entry. 
  1. How to Enter: To participate, entrants must guess the number of beans in the jar. The closest guess will have a chance to win. The actual jar will be located in the canteen area at Park House (the Gatwick office). 
  1. Prize Details: There is one prize available, which includes: 
  • A £30 Amazon voucher. Amazon voucher is valid for 10 years from the date of issue and subject to the issuer’s own terms of use which can be found at www.amazon.co.uk. 
  1. Prize Restrictions: No cash alternative will be offered, and the prize is strictly as described. 
  1. Winner Selection: One winner will be chosen based on the closest guess of the number of beans in the jar by the closing date. In the event of a tie, the winner will be drawn at random by an independent person/visitor.  
  1. Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via email within 7 days following the closing date and will receive instructions on how to claim their prize. 
  1. Promotion Dates: The promotion will run on Thursday 1st October 2026. 
  1. Winner Announcement: The winner's details will be published on Viva Engage and they will be contacted via email during the week commencing 25th October 2026.
