- 1kg tomatoes, diced
- 200g ice
- 200ml tomato juice
- 50ml lime juice
- 50ml sugar syrup
- 500g pineapple, peeled and diced
- 400ml water
- 100g MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder
- 100ml white rum
- 20ml bitters

1Tomato Daiquiri Preparation:
- In a blender, combine 1kg of diced tomatoes, 200g of ice, 200ml of tomato juice, 50ml of lime juice, and 50ml of sugar syrup.
- Blend the ingredients until smooth.
- Cover the mixture and chill it in the refrigerator for 1 hour. -
2Piña Colada Preparation:
- In a blender, blend 500g of peeled and diced pineapple, 400ml of water, 100g of MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder, 100ml of white rum, and 20ml of bitters until smooth.
- Cover the mixture and chill it in the refrigerator for 1 hour. -
3Serving:
- Take 10 glasses and pour the Piña Colada evenly into each glass.
- Top each glass with the Tomato Daiquiri, approximately 1/2 cup each.
- Use a spoon or stirrer to gently swirl the mixtures together in each glass, creating a beautiful blend of flavours. -
4Add a garnish of your choice, such as fresh fruit slices or a sprig of mint, to each glass.
