Full Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry/claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by participating all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Participants should retain a copy for their information.
By entering this promotion, participants confirm that they have read the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and agree to these Terms and Conditions of the promotion. By submitting any information required as part of their participation into the campaign, participants agree to their information being held and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Eligibility

  1. This Promotion is only open to attendees at the of the Big Food and Drink Show at Drayton Manor on 20/09/2022 OR the Booker Catering Show at Silverstone Circuit on 21/09/2022 who reside in the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland), and aged 18 or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of Nestlé Professional, its agents, affiliates, or anyone else professionally associated with the administration of the promotion. 
  2. No purchase necessary. Entrants must have access to an active work email address. 
  3. Any personal/business tax liability arising from taking part in this promotion will be the responsibility of the individual participant/business.  
  4. No entries from agents, third parties, organised groups, syndicates, or aliases will be accepted. No incomplete, corrupted entries, or multiple entries from the same person beyond the limit will be accepted. Only genuine valid entries will be included in the prize draw for a chance to win.

Promotional Period

  1. The promotion is open for entries during show opening times on 20/09/2022 at The Big Food and Drink Show, Drayton Manor Hotel – NESCAFÉ Van stand, OR on 21/09/2022 at the Booker Catering Show, Silverstone Circuit, Wing Building, NN12 8TN – NESCAFÉ Van Stand and Stand 32. There will be two prize draws. No one person may enter both prize draws. One winner will be drawn by an independent third party from all valid entries received at the Bidfood Christmas Show and one from all valid entries received at the Book Catering Show. These draws will take place within five (5) working days of the closing dates. 
  2. All valid entries received during the promotional period as detailed above will be entered into the prize draw. Entries made after the final closing time and date will not be accepted.

How to enter

  1. To enter the prize draw entrants must visit either:
  • The Big Food and Drink Show taking place on 20th September 2022 at Drayton Manor Hotel – NESCAFÉ Van Stand

OR

  • The Booker Catering Show taking place on 21st September 2022 at Silverstone Circuit, Wing Building, NN12 8TN – NESCAFÉ Van Stand or Stand 32.
  • Complete the data capture form via an iPad on the stand, or using the promotional QR code:
  • A completed entry must include the following details

i) Which product categories are you interested in? 
ii) Number of employees?
iii) Business type?
iv) Are you an existing Nestlé Professional customer?

Entrants must also fill in their details on the official form provided. During this process entrants will be required to provide details including their full name, their work email address, phone number, job function, and business name and postcode. All eligible individuals who complete all the questions correctly on the official form during the promotional period will be entered into the relevant prize draw.

  1. There is a maximum of one (1) entry per person during the promotional period, regardless of the show attended.
  2. The entry must be made directly by the person entering the promotion. Syndicated entries, multiple entries, or accounts or those made using methods such as a computer macro, a script or the use of automated devices or processes are not allowed, and all such entries will be disqualified.

PRIZE

  1. There are two prizes available to be won in total – one from each trade show prize draw. The prizes consist of four (4) tickets per winner to attend a show at the O2 Arena, London.  The winner will be able to choose from one of the following shows subject to availability (tickets will be allocated on a first come, first served basis). The tickets cannot be used for any other shows except in circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, an alternative choice of shows may be offered.  
  2. Included in the prize the following package will be available on the day, subject to availability:  

a.    Access to the official Nestlé Box at the O2 Arena.
b.    Complimentary selection of craft beers, wines, and soft drinks (alcohol available for adults only). No food items will be provided.
c.    Winners may choose from the following shows (subject to availability, on first come, first served basis) Evening of 06/11/2022 Backstreet Boys OR Morning of 22/12/2022 Disney On Ice (exact times to be confirmed).

  1. The winners and their guests must be 18 years of age, or over, except where the winner is the parent or legal guardian of the accompanying minor(s).  
  2. Ticket dates are fixed as outlined in Clause 11 above, and no other dates will be available, except where circumstances outside the Promoter’s control (such as cancellation) make it necessary. Participants must be available and willing to attend on the date shown, as no alternative dates will be available to the winners regardless of personal circumstances.   
  3. The prize is strictly non-transferable and must not be sold, auctioned, or advertised for sale whether on the internet, in newspapers or elsewhere. Any person found in breach of this clause will be disqualified from participating. No cash alternatives or other alternative prize will be available in whole or in part, except in the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, whereby the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes with prizes of equal or greater value. The prize will only be awarded directly to the winners.
  4. The winners and guests are responsible for all expenses not expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions as being included as part of the prize. All other costs and expenses incurred from the prize including, but not limited to, transport to venue, meals, additional drinks, merchandise and other gratuities or any other expenses are at the winners’ and their guests’ own cost. 
  5. The Promoter, their agents and the event organiser reserve the right to deny access to participants who arrive late; or deny access or remove, any persons who it deems to be rude or disruptive, or who appear to be under the influence of excess alcohol or any other intoxicating substances. 
  6. The event organiser may require participants to be searched for security reasons. Declining to be searched, abusive, threatening, drunken or other anti-social behaviour, carrying offensive weapons or illegal substances may result in the individual being removed from the event. No cash or other alternative will be offered to prize winners or their guests who are refused entry or ejected in such circumstances. No cans, bottles, alcohol, or food to be taken into the venue. Winners Selection and Notification

  1. The winners will be randomly selected via an independently supervised draw from all the valid entries received during the stated entry dates. The prize draw will take place within five (5) working days of the closing dates.
  2. The Promoter will send an email to the winners (using the email address submitted upon entry) within two (2) working days of the prize draw. The email will notify the winners that they have won (subject to verification) and will give the winners information on the prize and claim procedure to allow the prize to be fulfilled.
  3. In order to claim the prize, the winners will be required to respond within 14 days of the initial email, providing details including their full name, a valid home address, proof of Identification and any other information required to verify their win via the secure link, in order to allow the claim process to be fulfilled. Inaccurate information may result in the prize being forfeited. The winner will also be asked to confirm which show they would prefer to attend; however, this will be subject to availability.
  4. If the winner cannot be contacted after 14 days and after three attempts of original notification, or is unable to take the prize, the prize entitlement will be withdrawn, and the prize awarded to reserve winner selected at the time of the initial prize draw. The prize will be sent to the email address provided upon entry within seven (7) days of confirmation of the winner successfully passing verification. The prize is not transferable. The prize is as stated. No cash alternative will be offered. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize, should the stated item become unavailable for any reason, with an alternative of equal or greater value. 
  5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for issues with delivery or collection due to provision of incorrect contact details.

General

  1. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the promotion; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be disruptive.
  2. Promoter's decision is final and binding in all promotional matters.
  3. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including where there is infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms and Conditions and may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion or invalidate any affected entries.
  4. The Promoter and any associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including indirect, special, or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of their negligence.
  5. Limitations of liability: Neither the Promoter, its agents or anyone professionally connected to the promotion, assume any responsibility or liability for:
  • Any incorrect or inaccurate entry of information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions.
  • Any communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regards to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers, or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion.
  • Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof.
  1. If an act, omission, event, or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations.
  2. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and the winner including, but not limited to, any entrant’s identity, and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement or refuse further participation in the promotion where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, or any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements, or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion, or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decision, and these will be binding.
  3. By taking part in the promotion, the winners agrees that the Promoter may contact them to ask whether they want to participate in marketing activities/PR relating to this promotion only. 
  4. Winners’ List: Subject to the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the surname names and counties of the verified winners will be available upon request by sending an email to learn.more@uk.nestle.com with the subject line ‘WINNERS LIST: NESTLÉ O2 ARENA TICKETS PRIZE DRAW’ for a period of three months following the end of the promotion.  The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any or all such requests. If any winner objects to their information being published, then they can contact the Promoter by emailing: UKI.Dataprotection@uk.nestle.com with the subject line: ‘WINNERS’ LIST: NESTLÉ O2 ARENA TICKETS PRIZE DRAW’.  We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.
  5. If any provisions of these Terms and Conditions are judged to be invalid, illegal, or otherwise unenforceable, then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect. 
  6. In the event of circumstances outside the Promoter's reasonable control, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these Terms and Conditions at any stage but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to Participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
  7. The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of the participating country but any disputes as to the meaning of these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the participant’s local courts.
  8. Data Protection: The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and the auditing of the entries where necessary and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent and you have opted-in to receive future marketing communications or prize PR. As part of this promotion, if you are not opted-in into our general marketing email, you will still receive emails/messages for this promotion only to let you know if you have won and to make arrangements for the delivery of the prize. The surnames and counties of the verified winners will be made available as set out in the relevant paragraph above and the any winner can object to this by emailing: UKI.Dataprotection@uk.nestle.com. Otherwise, your personal details will at all times be kept confidential, and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
