HIT Training is the leading expert training and apprenticeship provider for the Hospitality and Catering sector. Having supported over 100,000 learners across 20,000 employer sites across the country HIT offers a huge range of apprenticeships and development schemes for people at all levels, from school-leavers to senior management. In the last year alone, HIT delivered over a quarter of all hotel and catering apprenticeships in England and helped more than 20,000 people gain a qualification, apprenticeship or job.

PACE is the representative body for the hospitality and catering education and training sector in England, with links in Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. We operate at a regional and national level, organising networking and professional development events. Our network includes 275 colleges, with links to 30 universities, and in many regions a range of local schools, with representation of 5,000 lecturers and 100,000 students

The Savoy Educational Trust is an independent, grant giving charitable trust, whose main aim is to advance and develop education, training and qualifications within the hospitality industry.
