These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of these Terms and Conditions and by participating all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by them. The Promoter takes data protection seriously. By entering this promotion, participants confirm that they have read the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and agree to these Terms and Conditions of the promotion. By submitting any information required as part of their participation into the campaign, participants agree to their information being held and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
1. This offer is exclusive to recipients of the promotional email and should not be shared or published. Excludes employees and their immediate families of Nestlé UK Ltd, its agents or anyone professionally connected to the promotion.
2. The qualifying UK, CI & IoM Compass customer who records the biggest percentage uplift in sales of STARBUCKS WPSS solutions core products between 16.02.26 and 30.06.26 will be deemed the winner of a pair of tickets to the Ariana Grande concert planned for 24.08.26 at O2, London. The promotion will be applied automatically to qualifying customer accounts and based on invoiced sales of STARBUCKS WPSS solutions only for Qtr 1 2026 vs Qtr 2 2026. The prize will be awarded to the person responsible for placing such orders (i.e. the site manager) at the time that the prize is awarded. The promotion will be applied automatically to qualifying Compass customer accounts when the necessary purchases have been made between the stated promotional dates.
3. In the event of any of the qualifying orders being cancelled for any reason, whatsoever, their value will be deducted from the final sales uplift result or performance measure.
4. All qualifying orders must be placed via The We Proudly Serve Starbucks® Coffee Programme for your business, or your usual customer portal. The offer is available to new and existing UK, CI & IoM Nestlé Professional Compass customers who purchase the required number and type of products as outlined above within the stated time period. There will be no cash or other alternative available in lieu of the stated prize. If for any reason the winner is unable to take up the prize, the prize entitlement will be withdrawn and awarded to the customer with the next highest percentage sales uplift.

5. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Orders placed/delivered outside the stated promotional period cannot be applied retrospectively.
6. THE PRIZE: The customer with the greatest percentage uplift of STARBUCKS WPSS solutions during the stated promotion period will be deemed the winner and awarded a pair of tickets to the Ariana Grande concert due to take place at the O2 in London on 24.08.26. The winner will be announced on 08.08.26 via email.
The following elements are included in the prize package, subject to availability:
• Access to the official Nestlé Box at the O2 Arena, London for the Ariana Grande concert scheduled to take place on 24.08.26 only.
• Complimentary selection of craft beers, wines, and soft drinks (alcohol available for adults only) and a set menu will be provided. The winner and their guest will be responsible for advising the Promoter of any food allergies in advance. The prize is valid for the stated concert only and cannot be used for any other show. No cash or other alternative will be available in lieu of the prize should the winner and their guest be unable to attend on the stated date.
• The Promoter cannot be held responsible for any date and/or venue changes, which are outside its control but will endeavour to manage the prize arrangements to minimise disappointment.
• The winner and their guest must be 18 years of age, or over.
• The winner and their guest will be met by a Nestlé Professional representative at the O2 Arena and escorted to the Nestlé Hospitality Box.
The Promoter, their agents and the event organiser reserve the right to deny access to participants who arrive late; or deny access or remove, any persons who it deems to be rude or disruptive, or who appear to be under the influence of excess alcohol or any other intoxicating substances.
The event organizer may require participants to be searched for security reasons. Declining to be searched, abusive, threatening, drunken or other anti-social behaviour, carrying offensive weapons or illegal substances may result in the individual being removed from the event. No cash or other alternative will be offered to prize winners or their guests who are refused entry or ejected in such circumstances. No cans, bottles, alcohol, or food to be taken into the venue. 7. Ticket dates are fixed as outlined in above, and no other dates will be available, except where circumstances outside the Promoter’s control (such as cancellation) make it necessary. Participants must be available and willing to attend on the date shown, as no alternative dates will be available to the winners regardless of personal circumstances.
8. The prize is strictly non-transferable and must not be sold, auctioned, or advertised for sale whether on the internet, in newspapers or elsewhere. Any person found in breach of this clause will be disqualified from participating.
9. The winner and guest are responsible for all expenses not expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions as being included as part of the prize. All other costs and expenses incurred from the prize including, but not limited to, transport to venue, meals, additional drinks, merchandise and other gratuities or any other expenses are at the winner’s and their guest’s own cost.
No cash or other alternative available in lieu of the stated prize, except in the event of circumstances beyond its control, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater monetary value.
10. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend any user found to be attempting to by tampering with the operation of the promotion, setting up multiple accounts, using multiple identities or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be disruptive.
11. In the event of circumstances outside its reasonable control and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these Terms and Conditions at any stage but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
12. At all times during the promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to perform internal checks relating to the participant to ensure the integrity of the promotion.
13. Those ordering and making claims on behalf of a company or business must be authorised to do so.
14. By taking part in the promotion, the winner agrees that the Promoter may contact them to ask whether they want to participate in marketing activities/PR relating to this promotion only. Such publicity may include, without limitation, the entrants’ name and/or if consent given, image or statements made by entrants concerning the promotion and/or prize obtained as part of the promotion. The winner is not obliged to agree to any such request.
15. Winner’s List: Subject to the Promoter’s Privacy Policy which can be found at https://www.nestle.co.uk/en-gb/privacypolicy, the surname and county of the verified prize winner will be available upon request by sending an email to: consumer.services@UK.nestle.com with the subject line ‘WINNER’S LIST: WPSS NESTLÉ PROFESSIONAL O2 INCENTIVE’ for a period of 90 days following the end of the promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any or all such requests. When contacting this email address, your request will be actioned in line with Nestlé’s Privacy Policy. As part of this promotion, you may receive emails/messages for this promotion only to let you know if there are any issues with your order. 17. The promotion and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes as to the meaning of these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the participants’ local courts.
18. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
19. If, for any reason, any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries. If an act, omission, event, or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
20. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
