Following a competitive initial entry, our competitors dive headfirst into the thrilling Toque d'Or heats. In the back of house, competitors demonstrate their creativity by crafting exquisite menus from a diverse selection of ingredients. Whilst our front-of-house competitors showcase their skills by expertly pairing each dish with a sustainable wine and the creative coffee to finish the meal.
