- 225g caster sugar
- 400g plain flour
- 5g baking powder
- 150g eggs (3)
- 3 lemons, zested
- 75ml sunflower oil
- 50g icing sugar
- 50g Milky bar mix-in

1Preheat oven to 190°C

2In a large mixing bowl, add the caster sugar, plain flour and baking powder.

3In a separate bowl or jug, whisk together the eggs, sunflower oil and lemon zest. Pour this mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until a dough forms.

4Scoop out portions of the dough, roll into balls and dip into the icing sugar.

5Bake the cookies for 10–12 minutes, remove from the oven and sprinkle over the Milkybar Mixins. Transfer to a rack to cool completely.
