- 5 over ripe bananas
- 250g caster sugar
- 100g eggs (2)
- 140g butter spread
- 250g plain flour
- 10g baking powder
- 100g Rolo mix-in

1Preheat your oven to 170°C, and line a 2lb loaf tin with baking parchment.

2In a large mixing bowl, mash 4 of the bananas with the caster sugar. Add the eggs and mix well until everything is fully combined.

3Stir in the butter, then sieve the plain flour and baking powder into the bowl. Gently fold everything together, then fold through the Rolo Mixins.

4Pour the mixture into the lined loaf tin. Slice the remaining banana in half lengthways and lay the halves on top of the batter, then bake for 1 hour.
