Qualification Task:​

1. Assessment: You will need to complete the virtual assessment below.​

This test consists of multiple-choice questions about sustainability and nutrition which will be available to complete between

08:00 Friday 25th February until 23:59 Sunday 27th February. ​Add to calendar here


2. Video: Contestants will also need to record a 30 second video to tell us why they are passionate about the hospitality industry and why they should be in the Nestlé Professional 2022 Toque d'Or Competition.

Contestants will need to upload thier video to thier Instagram account as a grid post, tagging in @NestleToquedOr and including the hashtag #ToquedOr2022. They will need to submit their Instagram handle/username durign the assessment so we can follow them, as there will be tasks completed on Instagram. Contestants should start thinking about this now. 


Lecturers and Employers: it's your responsibility to share information with your students/apprentices so they have plenty of timeto study the links for assessment from the 25th-27th February 2022 and prepare their videos.

The Toque d'Or team will choose a maximum of two (2) back of house and two (2) front of house students per college to go through to the HEATS, whichwill be judged based on assessment score, videos plus the two photos uploaded on Instagram for the selection task. We will announce the shortlist of students for the HEATS by the 11th March 2022.
