800g Garden Gourmet Mince
600g Maggi Ritch and Rustic Tomato Sauce
15g Maggi Vegetable Bouillon
350g mushrooms, sliced
3tbsp olive oil
3tbsp tomato puree
2tsp fresh Oregano, chopped
2 onions, finely chopped
3 large carrots, finely chopped
2 sticks celery, finely chopped
5 garlic cloves, finely chopped
freshly ground black pepper
800g dried white or whole-wheat pasta
80g grated Italian cheese or vegetarian alternative
large handful fresh basil leaves, torn
