500ml semi-skimmed milk
500ml whipping cream
110g NESTLÉ® Docello™ Crème Brûlée Mix
3 ripe peaches, thinly sliced
250g caster sugar, for glazing
Prep: 10 minutes. Cook: 5 minutes. Chill: 60 minutes
- Heat the milk and cream in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Remove from the heat and stir in the brûlée powder, whisking continuously for approximately 2 minutes.
- Pour the crème brûlée mix into 10 desired moulds and place in the fridge to set for approximately 60 minutes.
- Once set, lay the peach slices evenly around the top of each mould.
- Dust with the caster sugar. To glaze, gently blowtorch the top of the brûlées or place under a hot grill to caramelise the sugar.
Replace the peaches with any seasonal fruit. Add a few crunchy nuts to garnish, roughly chopped pistachios would work well with peaches
